Chuck's looking good. The goals for today are to find the problem in his digestive tract and to repair his back.

To locate the source of his digestive issue, a dye will be injected into his j-peg. Every thirty minutes, his gut will be x-rayed. Hopefully, the guilty section will make itself known. I do not know what happens after that.

His surgery is at 4:00. It should take about 2 hours. They will remove one screw, and pull together muscle and skin to repair the hole that the screw created. Further down his back (along the scar line), are two open areas. Dr. Young will clean the areas, remove any dead tissue, and try to close them.

Tomorrow at lunch time, someone from Baylor Specialty Hospital will come over to assess Chuck. This means his move is close!
